Christmas Mini Session Agreement & Booking Terms

Thank you for choosing me to capture your holiday memories! Please take a moment to review the information below carefully. By booking your session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined here.

* Each Christmas mini session is 20 minutes long. This includes your full appointment time-entering the barn, photographing your session and exiting- so that every family can enjoy a smooth and timely experience.

* Punctuality is very important! Sessions are scheduled back-to-back, so late arrivals will result in less shooting time. Sessions cannot be extended.

*Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can begin on time and keep the experience relaxed and stress-free.

*Please be ready when it is your shooting time and on the deck of the barn up the stairs. I will let families in one at a time.

* There are stairs to get inside the barn. Please note clients must be able to use stairs to get inside.

* A limit of one family per session and maximum of 6 people. If cousins would like photos together, please book back-to-back session times.

*Smiles are not promised. Please pick a time that works for your child. Avoid nap time when booking. Reshoots will not be offered under any circumstance.

Upon arrival, please follow the driveway and park near the barn on the right side and follow any on-site instructions.

Sessions will take place inside a charming rustic barn. Please note:
*The barn is NOT heated and may be cold depending on weather.

*We recommend dressing warmly, especially for children

The photo listed is NOT THE EXCACT SET UP. SET may look slightly different. This is a photo of the barn.

THERE ARE NO BATHROOMS ON SITE!!!!!!!

This year's set features a timeless holiday look with soft cream and green tones accented by simple rustic Christmas decor for a cozy, elegant feel.

To help ensure a safe, enjoyable, and efficient experience for everyone:
*No outfit changes are permitted during the session.
*No pets or animals are allowed.
*Children must be supervised at all times.
*Please do NOT run inside or around the barn.
*Please do NOT explore or walk around the farm property. Stay within the designated photography area at all times.

Upon arrival, all adults entering the barn will be required to sign a liability waiver provided by Windy Top Farms. This will be available on-site before your session begins.

By booking this session, you agree to the following terms:
*Sessions cannot be transferred to another date or time for any reason at the barn. Sessions maybe transferred to another date is 2027.
*No refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
* In the event of severe weather that makes travel unsafe, clients and photographer will work together to arrange a rescheduled session date.
Safety will always remain the top priority in these situations.

Final edited images will be delivered within 7 business days of your session.

Images will be delivered through a private online gallery, where you can view, download, and share your photos.
